The primary mission of the Peer Ministers of St. Joseph Seminary College is to commit themselves to serving the needs of the Seminary Community through the Mission of the Church and the ideals of the Catholic faith. This mission is accomplished through the equitable representation of each seminarian. Each Peer Minister is to be a voice for his peers, an ambassador for the Seminary, and an apostle in the building of the kingdom. These Ministers are committed to develop an atmosphere of a priestly vocation by helping to foster the growth of fellow Seminarians in their discernment. The Peer Ministers actively invite the Community to fully participate in its development and growth through encouragement, example, and empowerment. This Body has been created to voluntarily commit itself to the future growth of the college Seminarian in ways that are both personal and spiritual.
